Fresh region, who dis? If you’ve meandered through Mondstadt, lolloped through Liyue, and interloped through Inazuma, you’re likely familiar with the Genshin Impact reputation system by now. It’s all about doing good deeds, bashing abyss mages, and, for Xiao mains like me, plummeting to the earth and creating a giant AoE before asking a cowering, unsuspecting public servant ‘how’s my reputation?’ until you earn your wings. Literally.
As is to be expected, Sumeru reputation is certainly a feature in the new region, with plenty of juicy goodies to unlock. But, also as expected, it takes a little legwork and sitting through quite a bit of story before you can even get started.
